with the essential protection requirements of Council Directive 89/336/EEC to electromagnetic compatibility and LVD 73/23/EEC
amended by 93/68/EEC.
All our products complies with the regulations for the administration and
enforcement of the Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968 (title 21, code of Federal Regulations, Subchapter
J) as they pertain to Annual FDA Report.
European Directive 2002/95/EC (also referred to
as the "RoHS" Directive) restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
offered for sale in Europe beginning in 2006.
JQA introduced its
product safety certification system in January 1995. JQA carries out a safety test for each product, confirms the quality
assurance system of each factory, and gives a certificate to each product.
