Purchase Orders
We can accept purchaser's order via E-mail. Fax or mail. Orders shall clearly specify the Purchaser's PO number, Billing &SHIPPING address. Contact Person and Telephone number. All the orders should be confirmed by seller via Fax, E-mail or mail. The sales terms will be valid after the order confirmed by seller.

Prices
For international prices, please contact our sales dep.. Unless otherwise stated, all price are exclusive of taxes, shipping and handing. Freight, insurance and packing charge are invoiced in addition.

Delivery Time
The delivery time is defined as the period of the time elapsing from the PO receipt to transfer of goods to the carrier. Sometimes the goods will be shipped ahead of scheduled date without notice. A formal notice will be sent you under the condition of delay shipment.

Delivery Terms
Most orders are shipped via express courier for time and economy. Delivery charge, insurance and special packing charge will be included in our invoice to you. Upon request, we will ship via the carrier of your choice with a valid account number. All orders are shipped Exwork CNI ChangChun Facility. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchasers.

Products Returns
Please contact CNI Sales department to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning the product. A brief explanation of reason for the return should be sent to CNI, transportation and insurance prepaid by purchaser. Repaired or replaced products will be returned to purchaser by CNI.
